रिफंड और कैंसलेशन नीति
yajmanconnect.com के सभी मुफ़्त टूल्स पर कोई शुल्क नहीं है। यह नीति भुगतान वाली सेवाओं और उत्पादों पर लागू होती है, जिनका संचालन Remjack E-Traders (OPC) Private Limited करती है।
डिजिटल उत्पाद
PDF, प्रीमियम कार्ड और अन्य डिजिटल उत्पाद डिलीवर होने के बाद रिफंड योग्य नहीं हैं। यदि फ़ाइल न मिले या खराब हो, तो 7 दिन के भीतर लिखिए। हम सही फ़ाइल देंगे, या ऐसा न कर पाने पर पूरी राशि लौटाएँगे।
पूजा और सेवा बुकिंग
निर्धारित समय से 48 घंटे पहले तक कैंसल करने पर: पूरी राशि वापस।
24 से 48 घंटे पहले कैंसल करने पर: 50% राशि वापस।
24 घंटे से कम समय में कैंसल करने पर: कोई रिफंड नहीं।
यदि हमारी ओर से पुजारी या सेवा प्रदाता तय समय पर उपलब्ध न हो, तो हम वैकल्पिक व्यवस्था करेंगे, या आपकी इच्छा पर पूरी राशि लौटाएँगे।
भौतिक उत्पाद (पूजा सामग्री आदि)
टूटा, खराब या गलत उत्पाद मिलने पर डिलीवरी के 48 घंटे के भीतर फोटो सहित सूचित करें। हम बदलकर देंगे या राशि लौटाएँगे। उपयोग किए गए या खोले गए पूजा सामग्री के उत्पाद वापस नहीं लिए जाते।
रिफंड कैसे मिलेगा
स्वीकृत रिफंड 5 से 7 कार्यदिवसों में उसी माध्यम से लौटाया जाएगा जिससे भुगतान हुआ था।

Refund and Cancellation Policy (English)
All free tools on yajmanconnect.com carry no charge. This policy applies to paid products and services offered by Remjack E-Traders (OPC) Private Limited. Digital products are non-refundable once delivered; if a file is not received or is defective, write to us within 7 days and we will replace it or issue a full refund. Service bookings: cancellation 48 hours or more before the scheduled time receives a full refund; between 24 and 48 hours, a 50% refund; less than 24 hours, no refund. If the priest or provider arranged by us is unavailable at the scheduled time, we will arrange an alternative or issue a full refund at your choice. Physical products: report damaged, defective or wrong items with photos within 48 hours of delivery for replacement or refund; used or opened puja items are not returnable. Approved refunds are credited within 5 to 7 working days to the original payment method. Requests: remjack19@gmail.com.
